Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have returned to the fray in an attempt to sign Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie.
Daniele Longo has reported that Juve have now put McKennie on the market and even though Massimiliano Allegri handed the American a start against Empoli on Saturday, he took the player off with no real explanation. Allegri had claimed initially that ‘Wes’ wasn’t for sale, but he is on the market now. The Bianconeri are aiming to earn €30 million from the player’s sale.
In the last few hours, Spurs have returned to the track of the American, after having sold Moussa Sissoko to Watford. Aston Villa are also in the race for the player, with Everton now fading away as an option.
