Three ways Manchester United can line-up with Jadon Sancho

[ad_1]

The long-standing transfer saga, Jadon Sancho to Manchester United, will conclude over the next week according to recent developments and the dream of several Manchester United fans will finally turn into a reality.

Since early 2020, pundits linked the Red Devils with a move for Jadon Sancho but the high price tag and the reluctance of Borussia Dortmund to sell the player prohibited the transfer from reaching a conclusion.

In the previous summer transfer window, the Old Trafford outfit was not in a mood to spend big to get their top transfer target. Both clubs played hardball while negotiating the transfer. They spent the entire transfer window negotiating but never reach any resolution.

However, several factors have combined in 2021 and it has led the club to go all out for Jadon Sancho. The ESL fiasco, #GlazersOut campaign and the team’s inability to create loads of chances from the right flank have all contributed to the cause.

According to Italian journalist, Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils are closer than ever to signing Sancho from BVB.

Tonight Jadon Sancho’s camp and intermediary feelings are the same as the clubs, Man Utd and BVB. The agreement is ‘really close’, final details expected to be completed in the next few days and then Jadon will join Manchester United. #MUFC #Sancho

Presuming the deal is completed and we move on to the tactical board and see how the 21-year-old can fit into the line-up. Here I discuss three ways Manchester United can line up with Jadon Sancho.

(Disclaimer: OGS is likely to play Mason Greenwood as a striker with Jadon Sancho available to fill in the RW position)
