France Football report that OGC Nice are in advanced negotiations over the transfer of Gabonese international midfielder Mario Lemina.
The 27-year-old has spent the last two seasons away from Southampton, first on loan to Galatasaray and then with Fulham.
The player is open to a return to France, and will not stay with the Saints where he has begun pre-season. Newcastle United have been in contact, but Nice are in pole to land Lemina.
