The Newcastle Jets will make their eagerly awaited return to action on Sunday, and they are offered a good opportunity to win at the expense of Adelaide United.
It has been a very promising start to the season for the young Jets, and they have returned many exciting performances, on their way to some very positive results. This will however be their first match since December 19th, and they will need to be sharp to overcome a fit Adelaide outfit.
Adelaide have been mediocre at best, but they’ve often done enough to steal a point from their opposition, and it’s fair to say that their performance and win over the Roar last week was their best of the season to date.
