French football’s financial watchdog, the DNCG, moved on Tuesday to lift the transfer ban that they had imposed 10 days ago on Les Canaris as punishment for the club’s ongoing financial mismanagement.
A decision overturned on appeal after Nantes attended a hearing this morning, the commission “invalidates and does not take any measure provided for in Article 11 of the regulations of the DNCG,” reads a statement seen by L’Équipe.
