Rangers youngster Johnly Yfeko has signed a new contract with the club, which should keep him at Ibrox until 2024.
The 18-year-old, who joined the champions in January, has needed no time at all to make his mark in the B team.
The Light Blues have decided to extend the former Leicester City defender’s contract.
Yfeko was added to the club’s development system at the beginning of the year, having been released by the Foxes last summer.
He can play at left-back and centre-back – similar to first team defender Calvin Bassey, who also made the switch from Leicester.
The club’s academy said it was “delighted” to announce Yfeko had signed a deal until the summer of 2024.
“Delighted to have signed a new deal,” Yfeko said on Instagram.
