Kaizer Chiefs star Itumeleng Khune gave his fans a sneak peak into his ‘decorated’ living room on Sunday afternoon.
Khune has been subject to much criticism over recent years however, his trophy cabinet suggests much of it us unwarranted.
The Kaizer Chiefs shot stopper was most recently dropped from Stuart Baxter’s side due to technical reasons. This came just days after Baxter confirmed Khune would be his first choice this season. He has since been replaced by Bruce Bvuma.

Itumeleng Khune took to social media to show-off his incredible trophy collection while also giving the public a sneak peak into the ‘Khune household’.
Khune joined Kaizer Chiefs as a teenager and has remained at the club for a number of years. He’s undoubtedly an Amakhosi legend and his trophy cabinet (below) is proof of his status in South African football.

Itumeleng Khune will sit out the upcoming international break after failing to make Hugo Broos’ Bafana Bafana squad for FIFA World Cup Qualifiers against Ghana and Zimbabwe.
Kaizer Chiefs teammate Bruce Bvuma, AmaZulu’s Veli Mothwa and SuperSport United’s Ronwen Williams have been selected to represent Bafana Bafana in the goalkeeping department.
Khune however will be preparing for Kaizer Chiefs’ next DStv Premiership clash against rivals Mamelodi Sundowns on 12 September 2021!
It remains to be seen whether Stuart Baxter will provide him with another chance to be the Amakhosi’s first choice this season given the fact that both Daniel Akpeyi and Brandon Peterson are still waiting for their chance at Naturena.
