Ghana giants Hearts of Oak have contacted former Asante Kotoko defender Emmanuel Agyemang Badu, the player revealed on Kumasi-based Pure FM.
Agyemang Badu, 25, played 11 games for relegated Inter Allies in the just ended 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Hearts of Oak are on the market looking for experienced central defenders to bring solidity to their backline ahead of their campaign next season in the CAF Champions League and domestic competition.
Agyemang Badu, who spent two seasons at Kotoko after joining from Phar Rangers, played 11 times in the CAF Confederation Cup and featured twice in the CAF Champions League while at Kotoko.
He has revealed on Kumasi-based Pure FM that he has been contacted by Hearts of Oak coaches Samuel Boadu and Hamza Obeng.
“I’ve received a lot of offers from clubs including foreign offers. But, Hearts of Oak coaches both Boadu and Hamza Obeng have spoken to me. So its now a decision to make as to where I will play next season,” he told Bright Kankam Boadu on Pure FM.
Hearts have been on the market for experienced players to augment their squad ahead of their campaign in the CAF interclub competition as well as their domestic campaign.
