According to the election results in Galatasaray, the 38th president of the yellow-red club was announced.
Burak Elmas became the 38th President of Galatasaray. Having entered the race with Metin Öztürk, Yiğit Şardan and Eşref Hamamcıoğlu, Elmas was elected the new president of the Yellow-Red Club, leaving behind 4 important rivals. While Eşref Hamamcıoğlu was ahead in the first 10 ballot boxes, Burak Elmas came first in the next polls. In the breathtaking race, Elmas received 1541 votes and Hamamcıoğlu received 1540 votes. Elmas, who made many important promises apart from sponsorship of 140 million dollars, had the opportunity to realize his projects when he took the chair of the presidency.
Burak Elmas became the winner of the breathtaking election race in Galatasaray. Elmas, who took the lead until the last 2 ballot boxes, passed Eşref Hamamcıoğlu with 41 votes and became the 38th president of Galatasaray.
After Burak Elmas won the election, he took the podium with his closest rival, Eşref Hamamcıoğlu. In his first speech as the 38th President of Galatasaray, Elmas used the following statements:

Burak Elmas, who said that he would continue with Fatih Terim if he was elected as the President before the election, was asked these words after he won the election. In the face of this question, Elmas said, “No one should worry, we will fulfill the promises we made to the community. We carried out a process by introducing our team. We have a lot of work to do.
