WWE Now Down Under digital show, details, guests, Rhea Ripley

Aussie wrestling fans have a new, local show to sink their teeth into – featuring the growing pool of superstars from down under.

WWE is extending its successful localised digital productions into Australia with the launch of WWE Now Down Under, presented in partnership with Australian telco, MATE.

Starting this Thursday, WWE Now Down Under will deliver original content tailored for WWE’s large fanbase in Australia via YouTube and Facebook platforms, regional Instagram and Twitter channels, and WWE’s main website.

Hosted by experienced sports presenter Samantha Riches, WWE Now Down Under will launch with an initial run of nine weekly episodes featuring content with a distinctive Australian connection.

This includes exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes content with Australian WWE talent across WWE’s main brands of Raw, SmackDown and NXT such as WWE Raw Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley, Toni Storm, Murphy and Bronson Reed. It will also include appearances by mainstream Australian athletes and celebrities.

MATE will support their partnership of the series through access to digital WWE content and will be represented in WWE Now Down Under programming and on social platforms.

WWE Now Down Under joins the established localised digital productions in Latin America, the Middle East, China and India with more than 650 original, in-language episodes per year delivered to fans around the globe. To date, there have been more than 200 million views of WWE Now content across all platforms.
