WWE has a talented staff of producers backstage and they were hard at work on SmackDown this week. The company needed to present a big show on Friday night and they delegated tasks out to producers who were best suited for the roles.

As previously reported, Petey Williams is receiving a tryout as a WWE producers. He was working backstage this week for SmackDown and co-produced a segment with Pat Buck. According to Fightful Select, the two worked on the match where Naomi took on Shayne Baszler in singles competition.
Drew McIntyre and Mustafa Ali’s match was produced by Jamie Noble and Jimmy Wang Yang. That segment saw the former Jung Dragons reunite backstage on that one.
D-Von Dudley co-produced the Uso and New Day segment. Also, TJ Wilson and Molly Holly produced the Charlotte Flair and Shotzi Blackheart match.
