Huskies drop tennis match to Cedar Cliff | News, Sports, Jobs

CAMP HILL — Mifflin County fell to Cedar Cliff by the final of 5-0 in a Mid-Penn Keystone Division boys tennis match on Friday.

Gavin Ream may have lost in his singles match, but made Cedar Cliff’s Kurt Schaeffer work for every single point in the match. Ream fell, 6-3, 6-2. In No. 2 singles, Trent Shade fell to Gavin Breneman, 6-2, 6-0 and Noah Holland lost to the Colts’ Sam Langer, 6-2, 6-1. The Huskies lost both doubles matches, 6-4,6-2 and 6-1,6-3.

Mifflin County falls to (0-2) and will look to get its first win on Monday as the Huskies will host Red Land.
