WAYNESVILLE — The Helias Crusaders swept the Waynesville Tigers for a 9-0 dual win Tuesday.
In doubles play, Justin Francka and Ethan Foucheaux won 8-1, while both doubles pairings of Andrew Dowden/Caleb Mueller and Matthew Schepers and Jacob Zerr won 8-2.
Winning in singles for Helias were Francka (8-2), Dowden (8-3), Foucheaux (8-2), Mueller (8-2), Schepers (8-6) and Zerr (8-3).
Helias (2-3) is off until April 8, when it hosts Moberly.
The Crusaders also won 11-0 in the JV dual to improve to 3-2.
Winning in doubles for Helias were Caleb Porting and Jonah Lanigan (6-2), Lucas Woods and Isaac Rackers (6-0), Adam Winkelman and John Paul McGuire (6-1), Alex Kampeter and Mark McGuire (7-6, 7-4 tiebreaker) and Kaleb Godwin and Winkelman (6-4).
Porting (6-4), Woods (4-0), Lanigan (5-4, 7-5 tiebreaker), Kampeter (4-2), Rackers (4-1) and John Paul McGuire (6-2) won in JV singles.
