The annual invitation charity event where the top North West league closed champions or players who have won a national title, go head to head to become the ultimate champion, took place last night at Leigh St Georges TT Club in Wigan raising over £1000 in aid of Wigan and Leigh hospice.

The event run and organised by Jim Bolton and members of Wigan TTL, was renamed this year in memory of local player Martin Machin who recently passed away at an all too early age. His wife Jackie made a short speech saying how much Martin would have enjoyed the evening and presented the awards on the night.
All the matches from the night can be seen on the Martin Machin Champions Challenge Facebook Page.
