The Central Connecticut women’s swimming and diving team topped Southern Connecticut, 122-81, at the Jack Suydam Natatorium on Wednesday. The Blue Devils won every scoring event in their final tuneup before the Northeast Conference Championships.

TOP PERFORMANCES
- 200 Free – Freshman Kelly Stotler won the opening event in 1:58.67
- 50 Back – Junior Jeannette King won in 26.82, while freshman Nathalie Pena placed third in 29.29.
- 50 Breast – Sophomore Abby Bacon made it three CCSU wins to open the meet with a time of 32.08.
- 200 Fly – Junior Kaylin McMahon won with a time of 2:14.35, while freshman Wynter Berube was the runner-up in 2:19.53.
- 50 Free – Junior Destiny Johnson outswam the field in a time of 24.96.
- 3-meter diving – Senior Rachel Pinsky won the event with a score of 222.22.
- 100 Free – King (52.39) and Johnson (56.03) claimed the top two spots.
- 200 Back – Pena won with a time of 2:12.47.
- 200 Breast – Junior Alex Lindgren claimed victory with a mark of 2:24.01.
- 500 Free – Freshman Taylor DeMarest turned in a winning time of 5:24.19, while classmate Marley Milne placed third (5:39.32).
- 50 Fly – Freshman Ashley Calderon claimed the win with a time of 26.83.
- 200 IM – Freshman Morgan O’Hara (2:13.19) was the lone Blue Devil in the field and won the evening’s final event.
