Taylor Lipinski Named Little League® East Region Assistant Director

Little League® International has announced Taylor Lipinski as its new East Region Assistant Director, based at the A. Bartlett Giamatti Little League Leadership Training Center in Bristol, Connecticut, effective as of July 11, 2022.

“On behalf of the entire East Region staff and the hundreds of thousands of volunteers that operate our programs, we are honored to welcome Taylor to our team and look forward to the support he will provide,” said Aaron Weber, Little League East Region Director. “Taylor’s background in athletics and education, along with his commitment to providing the best possible experience for all our participants, will continue to strengthen our staff in Bristol and provide continued resources, support, and guidance to our volunteers.”

Mr. Lipinski joins the Little League team with a variety of sports experience, most recently serving as the Freshman Girls Basketball Coach at Hall High School in addition to his duties as the Wellness Teacher at the Thompson Brook School.

“I am beyond excited to become a part of such an amazing organization with Little League International,” said Mr. Lipinski, “It truly is an honor and a coming home moment for myself to be able to work with my first true love and passion in Little League Baseball and Softball.”

In this role, Mr. Lipinski will assist Mr. Weber with the day-to-day operations of the more than 1,700 local leagues across the 11 states within the East Region while providing ongoing support and guidance to all its volunteers at both the district and local league level. Additionally, Mr. Lipinski will support the growth and development of new leagues throughout the region as well as the operation of the Little League Baseball® Mid-Atlantic, Metro, and New England Region Tournaments and Little League Softball® Mid-Atlantic and New England Region Tournaments.

Mr. Lipinski received a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a track in Physical Education from the University of Rhode Island in December 2018 and intends to graduate with an MBA in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023.
