Little League® International recently added a new member to its Headquarters staff in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, with the hiring of Mikayla Arnold as an Account Executive, Marketing.
“We are thrilled to welcome Mikayla to our team here in Williamsport and look forward to bringing her love for the game of baseball and softball as well as her professional experience to our organization,” said Liz DiLullo Brown, Little League Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Mikayla’s industry experience, combined with her knowledge of the game of softball as a player and coach, will be a tremendous asset to our team and we look forward to working with her to grow our organization to the next level.”
A 2019 graduate of Saint Francis University with a bachelor’s degree in business management, specializing in entrepreneurship and small business development, Ms. Arnold joins the Little League team after serving as a Customer Service and Marketing Assistant for Ralph S. Alberts Company, Inc. During her two years there, Ms. Arnold helped create marketing advertisements, assisted in the planning and creation of marketing content, contributed to ongoing branding initiatives, and attended high profile events to engage industry partners and develop relationships.

Alberts Company Inc. team has been a great opportunity for me to learn and grow in a thrilling (amusement) industry, and I have been blessed in my time with the organization. As I take the next step in my career, I could not be more thrilled to join the team at Little League International,” said Ms. Arnold. “I was raised in the game of softball, and it has and continues to be an outlet of purpose for me in both my playing and coaching. Now, I get to take a professional step in the field I have the utmost passion for! The team at Little League International left an impactful first impression on me from a leadership standpoint and I am incredibly eager to partner with such driven and passionate individuals.”
Following a four-year playing career on the softball team at Saint Francis University, Ms. Arnold was hired as an Assistant Softball Coach at Lycoming College. Ms. Arnold was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success as well as the Flash Focus Leadership program, where she completed over 20 hours of leadership training and engagement activity. She also was an elected Leadership Team Member of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where she helped mentor and develop relationships with more than 30 student athletes.
In her role with Little League, Ms. Arnold will assist with the day-to-day management and operation of Little League’s official sponsors and other marketing functions for the organization.
