Little League® International has announced the elevation of Kevin Feinberg, Marketing Account Manager, to Director of Partnership Marketing effective as of January 1, 2022.
“Kevin’s work with our Official Partners has led to incredible programs and opportunities for our local leagues, families, and communities,” said Liz DiLullo Brown, Little League Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. “Since joining our team more than five years ago, Kevin has been focused on building meaningful relationships and programs that exemplify the mission and values of Little League and grow our sponsorship programs. We are proud to offer Kevin this new opportunity and look forward to his leadership, expertise, and professionalism as we look ahead to the next chapter in the Little League story.”
In his new role as Director of Partnership Marketing, Mr. Feinberg will be responsible for overseeing the overall growth and development of Little League’s Official Sponsorship program, working with other departments in the organization to implement sponsor initiatives and activations, helping to identify and evaluate new potential marketing and sponsorship opportunities, leading Little League’s account executives team, and more.

Mr. Feinberg joined the Little League International staff in August 2016 as a Sponsorship and Marketing Coordinator, was soon elevated to an Account Executive in 2017, and in 2020 was promoted to an Account Manager. Since joining the Little League team, Mr. Feinberg has been instrumental in the growth and development of Little League’s official sponsorship program, including developing relationships with Major League Baseball, T-Mobile, and more.
One of Mr. Feinberg’s most notable achievements has been the launch and development of T-Mobile’s key programming in both the T-Mobile Little League Home Run Derby and the T-Mobile Little League Call Up Grant, providing new opportunities and experiences for local leagues across the United States. In 2021, Mr. Feinberg also led the launch and development of the Little League World Series Fan Zone, providing fans with the ability to bring the World Series experience into their homes in a new way.
In addition to his leadership role with T-Mobile, Mr. Feinberg has also led the growth of Little League’s relationship with Major League Baseball, both on the business side as well as MLB’s local league activations over the years through initiatives such as Little League Days, PLAY BALL events, and more.
A graduate of Temple University, Mr. Feinberg previously held corporate partner internships at Goodyear Ballpark in Goodyear, Arizona, during Major League Baseball’s Spring Training in 2016 and with Spectra in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
