The excitement and hype surrounding Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow recently has been real, and deservedly so.
One expert believes that Joe Burrow is already better than Ben Roethlisberger, and the argument is quite valid. Another analyst stated that Burrow might be a true sleeper MVP candidate leading up to the 2021 NFL season.
It’s never too early, right? 😏

As it currently stands Joe Burrow odds to win the 2021 NFL MVP are +5000.
I’m no betting expert, but I like those odds. A lot.
Joe Burrow currently has better odds to win the MVP than players like Aaron Donald, Ben Roethlisberger, Matt Ryan, Derek Carr, Cam Newton, and more. Sure, some of the names listed here are not MVP caliber players, but when looking at guys like Matt Ryan and Aaron Donald, having Joe Burrows name in the mix with them is nothing to joke about.
Joe Burrow is behind second year quarterback Justin Herbert who has +3000 odds to win the 2021 NFL MVP, but Burrow is ahead of Tua Tagovailoa, who’s currently at +6600 (Another great bet to make, FYI.)
At the very least, analyzing how oddsmakers look at individual players prior to the season can be a lot of fun, especially considering how accurate some of these odds turn out to be. It’s very early, but it looks like a lot of people have faith that Burrow will bounce back from the injury he suffered in his rookie year.
LSU fans know all too well that you cannot and should not sleep on Joe Burrow.
