LSU football has produced a number of talented players who go on to have successful NFL careers, so it’s not surprising that draft prospects look up to them as they prepare to go on to the next level.
Former San Jose State wide receiver Tre Walker recently chatted with the Pro Football Focus Draft team and named former Tigers Odell Beckham Jr. and Jarvis Landry along with Saints wideout Michael Thomas as his top three favorites to watch.
The former two were quite the dynamic duo in Baton Rouge, recording over 4,200 yards from scrimmage combined.
Here’s a look at what the 2021 NFL Draft prospect had to say about those players.

It will be interesting to see where Walker lands in the 2021 NFL Draft, though PFF’s Kevin Cole recently released an article on how Walker’s “poor athletic testing draws comparisons to undrafted prospects,” so it may not be surprising to see Walker be signed after the event.
The draft is set to begin on Thursday, April 29.
