After failing to eclipse 27-wins for three consecutive seasons, the Chicago Bulls currently find themselves 14-16 and very much in the playoff picture in the Eastern Conference as the half-way point in the season quickly approaches. This young Bulls team definitely has the potential to make the NBA playoffs this year, but there are a lot of question marks surrounding Zach LaVine’s future with this organization.
He has been their best player for years and is finally getting the recognition he deserves, as he was just named an All-Star for the first-time in his career. LaVine is currently averaging 28.6 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.1 assists and is shooting 43.4% from three-point range, making him a prime trade target for numerous teams around the league.
The frequency of NBA trade rumors involving Zach LaVine have been going around ever since last offseason and while the Bulls have shot down every rumor, they have definitely received a sense of what they could potentially get by trading him away. If LaVine is to be moved before the trade deadline, it could be the biggest trade made this season outside of the James Harden to Brooklyn deal .
Right now, Zach LaVine is Top-10 in the league in scoring and ranks 1st amongst all shooting guards in the league in field goal percentage. From dunk contest standout to rising star in the NBA, LaVine has the capability to be that All-Star talent the Bulls have been missing for years, but he could end up in Denver for the right price.

After just making the Western Conference Finals last season, the departures of Jerami Grant and Miles Plumlee has really affected this Denver team. They do not look like the same team from a season ago and if they want to have any shot at making a deep playoff run in a crowded Western Conference again, they will need a superstar talent like LaVine.
