Matthew Stafford, Aaron Donald, Cooper Kupp and the Los Angeles Rams are the Super Bowl 56 champs. Naturally, the whole sports world are in a celebratory mood after the incredible game, including NBA stars and icons like Dwyane Wade, Ja Morant, Donovan Mitchell and more.
The Rams got into trouble early after wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.–who scored their first touchdown of the game–was forced to exit the contest when he suffered a non-contact knee injury in the first half. Stafford himself had a hard time hitting his targets after that, with LA falling behind 20-16 entering the final period.
However, the Rams battled back behind some big efforts from the defense. Donald himself came up clutch in Super Bowl 56, even delivering the sack that won LA the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

Current and former NBA players then took to Twitter to share their reaction to the epic game. A lot were complimentary of Aaron Donald and his monster performance, having recorded two sacks in the contest–which he achieved in a span of three minutes in the fourth quarter. Talk about clutch genes!
Dwyane Wade, Ja Morant, Donovan Mitchell, Jordan Clarkson and Montrezl Harrell showered Donald with praise, with Mitchell even saying he should be the MVP. Cooper Kupp, however, was given the award. But still, it doesn’t define how much of an impact Donald made in Super Bowl 56.

Others like Alex Caruso, Bismack Biyombo, Robert Covington, Malik Monk and more were simply in awe of the game. Both the Rams and Bengals battled it out and gave their all in the showdown, and while Cincinnati ended up losing, they didn’t go down with out without a fight.

It is certainly a well-deserved victory for the Rams. While many expected them to dominate the game, they adjusted well to the pressure and injury woe that hit them to turn things around.
