NBA DFS Picks tonight: Top value plays on DraftKings for main slate on Sunday, March 21

We’ve got a ton of NBA games going on during the second round of March Madness on Sunday. So if you’re not getting balls deep into this NBA DFS slate, I completely understand. We already had one big upset with Loyola-Chicago and Sister Jean knocking off No. 1 seed Illinois. Maybe we’ll get a bit of that madness later on in the NBA.

That being said, it is a great time to give you some value plays for your DFS contest. Unlike NFL DFS, where one pick can make or break your lineup or it’s tough to find quality low-tier value.

In NBA DFS, you can find quality value plays under $5K that can give you a quick 10 points off the bench, grab some rebounds, or stuff the stat sheet. It does not matter if you are playing a 50/50 or Double Up contest, we are going to provide you with three players that you need to put in your lineup.

The Nets are still running a smaller rotation and Green is still getting around 30 minutes per game. In fact, he’s played at least 30 minutes in four straight games. So in a matchup against one of the worst defensive teams in the NBA in a game that has the highest total on the slate, yes, we can target Green. The total is 248.5 …. So another 30 minutes for Green in this game environment should translate well in DFS.

The Lakers got bad news with LeBron James (ankle) out indefinitely after being injured on Saturday. With LeBron and Anthony Davis sidelined, the Lakers should lean heavily on Dennis Schroder, Montrezl Harrell and Kyle Kuzma. The player this could open up minutes for is also THT. We all know what Horton-Tucker did during the preseason. He’s got a decent ceiling if he gets around 15-20 minutes off the bench. If THT ends up starting or seeing more run, he could turn into a great GPP play.

The Sixers have been without Joel Embiid (knee) and Bradley has started in his place. Normally we don’t see Bradley get a ton of minutes despite starting; Dwight Howard seems to get the crunch time run off the bench. Last game with Embiid and Ben Simmons sidelined, Bradley returned solid value with 27 DKFP in 23 minutes. The floor is good for Bradley to return value under $4K. If Simmons is out again, Bradley’s outlook improves even more.
