In our three visits to Portimao since it was added to the MotoGP™ calendar in November 2020, all three riders who claimed pole on Saturday went on to win the race on Sunday – Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing), Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) and Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team).
