The San Diego Seals announced today that the team has acquired goalie Brody Harris from the Vancouver Warriors in exchange for a 2022 fifth round entry draft selection.
“We’ve been looking to add depth to our goaltending since Nick (Damude) was taken in the Expansion Draft,” said General Manager and Head Coach Patrick Merrill. “Brody’s a young, athletic kid and we’re looking forward to seeing what he’s got.”
Harris signed as a free agent with Vancouver during the 2020 offseason. He played junior lacrosse for the Delta Islanders (British Columbia Junior A Lacrosse League) where he had an 11.68 goals against average and a .785 save percentage. The Ladner, British Columbia native also represented Team Canada at the 2018 World Juniors where he boasted a 3-0 record, a 6.00 GAA, and a .826 SV%.
