A rivalry game coming down to the wire is no surprise and CAA rivals Delaware and Towson delivered with the Blue Hens hanging on for a 12-11 victory. All six CAA teams are now within a single game of each other in the standings. The Blue Hens led 6-3 at the halftime and led by four midway through the fourth quarter before Towson scored three goals in the final 2:19 to put a scare into Delaware. Matt Kilkeary made 17 saves for Delaware and Mark Bieda paced the offense with three goals and two assists. Kyle Berkely led Towson with three goals.
