1:40 pm. Elena Gerasimova RUS BB: Hit her front series and some acro after that, as well as a mixed series (sorry, wasn’t typing!). Front aerial to a jump, double wolf turn, hit the dismount. Glad she hit!
1:39 pm. Meg Ryan IRL BB: Bail to toe shoot, blind full, and a 1.5 layout dismount. Good!
1:38 pm. Lilia Akhaimova RUS BB: Had a fall on her flight series.
Russia at a 171.629 team score, about 3.5 points higher than worlds qualifications in 2019!

1:32 pm. Viktoria Listunova RUS BB: Triple wolf turn, double wolf turn, hit the first acro I saw from her, front aerial to split ring jump to back handspring, very nice, double tuck with a step back.
Lu Yufei CHN FX: Stuck the full-in. 2.5 to front pike with a step. Clean double full. Double tuck really low with a step forward.
Jessica Gadirova GBR VT: Huge DTY, step to the side I think. Lopez second vault, again huge, big step back.
Naveen Daries RSA UB: Hit routine!
1:30 pm. Alice Kinsella GBR VT: Deep landing on her DTY.
1:27 pm. Zhang Jin CHN FX: Front double full to front layout. Triple full to split jump. Double pike low with a step.
Angelina Melnikova RUS BB: Switch leap mount to switch leap to split leap, good. Side aerial. Clean on her jump series. I know I saw her hit her acro series but I forgot to type it. Over time I think. Double pike with a hop.
Amelie Morgan GBR VT: Super clean FTY. Lots of distance. Will score well.
Milka Gehani SRI UB: Off on her shaposh. Got it the second time, to a Tkachev, wow, that’s impressive difficulty. Pak was clean. Toe shoot, double pike with a big lunge.
1:26 pm. Elisa Hämmerle AUT UB: Caught her straddle Jaeger, double layout with a great landing!
1:24 pm. Tang Xijing CHN FX: Hit the first pass then a triple full to punch front. 2.5 to front pike with a step. Good start.
Vladislava Urazova RUS BB: Hit the wolf turn, side aerial, clean, cat leap, 2.5 basically stuck.

1:10 pm. Anastasia Iliankova RUS UB: Wasn’t typing during this or watching super closely but it was a nice hit routine, good to see after she struggled in training. Still don’t think she has a chance over Melnikova or Urazova? Nope, looks like her difficulty will pull her ahead! She’s now first with 14.966, Melnikova second with 14.933, and Urazova 2pc at 14.866.
1:07 pm. Guan Chenchen CHN BB: Hit the mount series, then roundoff layout, legs apart, into a split jump. She is SPARKLY. Switch to switch side to transverse straddle jump half to split jump half, YES. Front handspring to front tuck perfect. Split leap to front aerial to Korbut, beautiful. Excellent double pike.
1:06 pm. Jessica Gadirova GBR FX: Did she do a whip into the double double? Because badass if so. Hit the second pass. Switch ring to tour jeté full, stumble there. Big Popa. Front through to double tuck with a hop back to finish.
1:03 pm. Ou Yushan CHN BB: Had a check on her front front series and out of her front aerial, but has other has otherwise been fine. Stuck the dismount. Not the best tbh, was pretty slow in a lot of her connections.
Elena Gerasimova RUS UB: Had a fall. Stuck the full-out.
I missed Lilia Akhaimova’s bars btw.
1:02 pm. Jennifer Gadirova GBR FX: Full-twisting double layout, hop. So much power! Hit the second pass then front layout through to double tuck.
12:59 pm. Lu Yufei CHN BB: Switch ring to split ring leap to back handspring, lovely front aerial to jump series, great dismount, this was a beautiful routine.
12:57 pm. Alice Kinsella GBR FX: Good on the 1.5 through to triple full. 2.5 to front full OOB. Short on the double pike at the end.
Vladislava Urazova RUS UB: Komova II to Pak to van Leeuwen, very nice. Inbar half to piked Jaeger, blind full to full-in, stuck!
12:56 pm. Milka Gehani SRI VT: Tsuk full, not bad! Step back.
12:54 pm. Tang Xijing CHN BB: Layout series, just slight leg separation, into her jump, wasn’t typing after that but she hit everything I saw, pretty clean, but lots of pauses between different series. Front aerial to straddle jump to split ring jump was great. Looked like she stuck the dismount.
Angelina Melnikova RUS UB: Inbar full to Komova II to Pak to van LEeuwen, some ankle form, inbar half to piked Jaeger, full-in with a step.

12:51 pm. Viktoria Listunova RUS UB: Inbar full to Pak to Chow half, inbar half to lovely straddle Jaeger, short on the handstand out of it, ooh, double double dismount! Messy legs with a step but yay for that.
12:49 pm. Amelie Morgan GBR FX: Double tuck with a bounce back. 2.5 to front tuck. Hit last pass.
Zhang Jin CHN BB: Candle mount, precise jump series into the Korbut, slight check on the bhs bhs layout, good form though. Little wobble on an aerial I think after that, and break at the hips on her full turn. Hit the transverse jump series. Stuck double full.

12:41 pm. Fan Yilin CHN UB: Maloney to Pak to Chow to Gienger, beautiful. Inbar half, iffy in the body position, has to tighten up going into her front pirouette series, to the Fan dismount with a step. Not a gold medal routine but I think it will make the final.
12:39 pm. Alice is smiling again thank god, I’m crushed for her. Probably happy the others hit. But that was a pretty weak beam rotation. Neither of the Gadirovas were fully on.
Naveen Daries RSA FX: First ‘Bad Girl’ routine of the day! Hit her opening pass and steps back out of her double pike. Double full with a hop.
12:35 pm. Jennifer Gadirova GBR BB: Hit her flight series. Double tuck with a hop.
Milka Gehani SRI FX: Low out of the tucked full-in, and also really low out of the 2.5, punches scarily out of it. Double tuck low with a step.
12:33 pm. Lilia Akhaimova RUS VT: Rudi with a lunge back, not the most powerful and she’s pretty piked off the table but straightens out a bit before the landing. DTY for vault two, hit.
Ou Yushan CHN UB: Maloney to Gienger, caught REALLY close, front full pirouette to piked Jaeger, full-in with a hop back.
12:31 pm. Elisa Hämmerle AUT FX: Hit her first two passes, stepped OOB on the second. Hit the last pass as well, I only really saw her landings, not what she did.
Jessica Gadirova GBR BB: Candle mount, hit the bhs loso, jump series to back tuck was good, side aerial with a slight check, double pike with a hop.
Lu Yufei CHN UB: Tkachev, blind change to front pirouette series to a huge piked Jaeger to Pak, van Leeuwen, clean, full-in with a slight step.
Angelin aMelnikova RUS VT: Hit the Cheng for the second vault! Looked good to me.
12:30 pm. Angelina Melnikova RUS VT: Big DTY but a big step back.
12:27 pm. Meg Ryan IRL FX: Dobule tuck with a step back. Hit her second pass.
Alice Kinsella GBR BB: Off on her flight series. Wobble on the switch to switch half. Hit the dismount. She’s off on the side sobbing now. 😦
Tang Xijing CHN UB: Maloney to Pak, van Leeuwen is clean, blind change into her front pirouette series, I think Into a Jaeger but I turned my head, double layout was clean with a step back.
Vladislava Urazova RUS VT: Actually really pretty DTY! Solid on the landing, legs looked mostly good.

Zhang Jin CHN UB: Nice straddle Jaeger, clean Pak, Maloney to Gienger, basically stuck the full-In. Decent start!

12:15 pm. Elena Gerasimova RUS FX: Whip whip to triple and 2.5 to front tuck both go well. Good leap series. Double tuck, short, hands down. Step back on the double full.
12:13 pm. Milka Gehani SRI BB: Off on her back tuck series. Solid punch front. Side aerial and side somi, wobble on the latter, front aerial to split jump, slight check, hit the dismount.
12:11 pm. Lilia Akhaimova RUS FX: Full-twisting double layout, short, then a double layout, also short but not as weak as the first. Stumble on the arabian double front. Double L turn to pirouette, and a tucked full-in with a hop back.
12:08 pm. Angelina Melnikova RUS FX: Full-twisting double layout, great landing, double layout with a hop back. Great on her leap series, front full into beat jump, good double pike to finish.
Elisa Hämmerle AUT BB: Split leap mount, love her leo, check on the bhs loso, off on her double spin. Check on the side aerial. Switch leap to pike jump. Hit the dismount.
Jennifer Gadirova GBR UB: Toe on to Maloney to Pak, van Leeuwen, tons of air, blind full, blind change to piked Jaeger, I think a double pike dismount.
12:07 pm. Lu Yufei CHN VT: Just does the tsuk full, legs straddled on pre-flight and a step back.
12:04 pm. Zhang Jin CHN VT: Tsuk double, step back.
Amelie Morgan GBR UB: Piked Jaeger was good, got some transitions including a Bhardwaj, just some leg form, van Leeuwen, blind full almost vertical, tucked toe front half with a little hop.
Meg Ryan IRL BB: Off on her flight series but the beginning was very pretty. Had some nice jumps near the end as well. Hit the dismount.

12:02 pm. Alice Kinsella GBR UB: Piked Jaeger, good handstand before a Tkachev, Pak with flexed feet, Maloney to Gienger, hands down on her dismount.
Viktoria Listunova RUS FX: Double layout with a step back. Triple full, good landing. 2.5 to front tuck. Step back on her double tuck.

11:58 am. Vladislava Urazova RUS FX: Hop back on the piked Full-in. 2.5 to punch front, stuck the double tuck. Double full to finish. Good routine.
Naveen Daries RSA BB: A little shaky on her wolf turn. Came off twice after that. Also hands down on her transverse straight jump full. Double full dismount.
Jessica Gadirova GBR UB: Had a Tkachev half to Ezhova, also hit the transitions, no problems, full-in with some leg form and a big step forward.
