PREPARING FOR MEN’S CLUB PLAY: Men’s Club play starts on April 7, so in order to help prepare you for the upcoming season here are a few random things from the “Laws of Golf” to Remember. LAW No. 4: Hazards attract; fairways repel. It’s a universal magnetic phenomenon. Be aware, the sand is alive on hole No. 4. LAW No. 7: Every par-three has a secret desire to humiliate golfers. The shorter the hole, the greater its desire. Rules Appendix Item No. 3: During your backswing, never think of more than 100 things.

Have a great season, and make sure to keep your drives short and your putts long. Law of Reciprocal Logic.
