MANSFIELD – The Midland Christian boys golf team took first place in The Last Look Tournament at Squaw Valley Golf Course on Thursday, shooting a team total of 305.
The Mustangs defeated host Mansfield Lake Ridge Green (314) by nine shots. Lake Ridge Black was third with a 346.
Midland Christian’s Wesley Gipson won the medalist title with a 1-over par 73, while teammate Jake Humble was fourth with a 76.
Richman Houston shot a 77, Stance Reeger-North had a 79, and Kade Burton shot an 86 for the Mustangs.
