In the coach’s pre-match interview ahead of the MTN8 semi final first leg against Kaizer Chiefs, Josef Zinnbauer told SuperSport TV that he will depart South Africa after the match to deal with a family emergency back home.
The German coach said:
“Before I come to the game, I have to say a big thank you to the chairman. I have an emergency in my family and thankfully after the game, I can go directly to my family. I have to see now what’s happened and then I come back as soon as possible.
“We have a big game today. It’s one of the big games in African and it’s a special game for us. I hope we come back to the performance in the second half of the last game.”
On Mhango:
“He is injured. Maybe we have a chance for next Wednesday but back for sure on Saturday.”
