Tottenham news: Serie A clubs eye transfer for defender as Spurs’ scouting mission revealed

Three Italian clubs are eyeing a move for Tottenham defender Japhet Tanganga, according to SportItalia journalist Gianluigi Longari. The 23-year-old only managed 11 Premier League appearances last season, struggling to break through under Antonio Conte.

The reporter has added that while AC Milan showed interest in January, Inter Milan and Napoli have also shown recent interest in a transfer.

Tottenham scouting mission

Tottenham scouts were in attendance for Denmark’s 2-1 win over Austria on Monday night. They were a number of players they could have been keeping an eye on, ahead of a huge summer for the club.

That includes former playmaker Christian Eriksen, who has dropped a hint over his future as he looks set to become a free agent.
