Tottenham Hotspur fans have been reacting to claims surrounding the club’s majority owner Joe Lewis and chairman Daniel Levy.
This is set to be a very busy summer for Spurs, not only is there still the ongoing saga surrounding who is going to be the new manager, but there’s also the matter of having to deal with Harry Kane and all the speculation surrounding where he is going to be playing next season.
It’s important, then, that there is plenty of communication between those who are in power at the club, and that would appear to be the case, with a report from The Telegraph claiming that “It is understood that Levy is currently in the Bahamas with the club’s principal controlling power, the billionaire Joe Lewis”, where you would hope and imagine that they’ll have plenty to talk about concerning the club.
This news was relayed to fans by @THFCReports on Twitter for fans to react to, and they certainly did that, with plenty of anger being shown for a number of different reasons:
“I beg he’s trying to get Lewis to give us some money to spend”
“ENIC in a nutshell for new supporters. We are still managerless and the transfer market has opened, while the baldies are enjoying their margaritas on a yacht.”
“Hopefully he is getting fired”
“Somebody please go round the stadium and change the locks….”
“And we are still without a coach.”
“Leave him there stranded, just take his wallet and were all good”
“He fully is mocking it now”

Let’s just hope that there is something productive coming out of these meetings that might lead to something bright in Tottenham’s future after what was a disappointing season by most accounts.
