Timbers Shut out Inter Miami Cf in 1-0 Win at Providence Park

PORTLAND, Ore. – The Portland Timbers shut out Inter Miami CF in a 1-0 win at Providence Park on Sunday afternoon. Just 44 seconds after entering the match, Jaroslaw Niezgoda scored the lone goal of the game to earn Portland three points. The Timbers extended their unbeaten streak to eight games (7-0-1).


Timbers Extend Undefeated Streak

Today’s win was Portland’s seventh in its last eight matches (7-0-1). In that stretch, the Timbers have scored 18 goals, only conceding five, and have recorded four shutouts. Portland improved to 14-10-4 overall and 9-3-2 at Providence Park. The Timbers have won their last three matches at Providence Park, outscoring their opponents 9-3.
