These Chelsea fans select which centre back they wish to sell this summer – Talk Chelsea

Thomas Tuchel has a number of potential squad decisions to make this summer, especially in the defensive department.

Antonio Rudiger, Andreas Christensen, and Cesar Azpilicueta all have contracts that run out next summer, so if the club are looking to get any money for them they will need to sell them this summer, other than that, if they are still in Tuchel and the clubs plans, then new deals will need to be agreed before January, when they would be able to start negotiating with other clubs.

Huge decisions to be made over the coming months.

Off the back of our series of transfer polls, we have now turned our attentions to departures. We have been asking you which transfer targets you’d like to see Chelsea sign in the summer, and you’ve casted your votes on that here.

Today we began our potential departures polls, beginning with centre backs, and the results are in..

We chose four defenders for the poll, and the results have a clear winner (or loser).

Blues fans would prefer to see Kurt Zouma being sold if they had to chose one, with the France international getting 41% of the votes from over 8,000 voters.

Not too far behind him is Antonio Rudiger, with 29% of the votes, then captain Cesar Azpilicueta with 19% of the votes.

Andreas Christensen is the one who Chelsea fans most want to keep out of this selection.

I can say, I did a similar poll to this back around Christmas time when Frank Lampard was in charge, and Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen were the pair that fans most wanted to see sold.

What a difference three months makes right!? Madness.
