The Jinja based Premier League side won 2-1 in first leg in Bugembe, Jinja City and they carry with them that advantage over FUFA Big League side Kigezi Home Boyz.
BUL should henceforth have to duplicate the same performance of the first leg if they are to eliminate a fighting Kigezi that beat Kitara FC in the round of 32.
Alex Isabirye’s side have had splendid performances in this year’s Uganda Cup by-far having had 100% winning run, they eliminated Blacks Power fc of Bukedea by 5-1 aggregate before adding on 2-1 victory over Mark Twinamatsiko’s men (then coach) side in Jinja. By the way, that game saw Twinamatsiko losing his job in the end.
This was Alex Isabirye’s first game at BUL in his second spell at the club.
