Pulisic hitting the type of form that can make Chelsea’s season – Talk Chelsea

Chelsea fans celebrated scoring a goal against our former goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois on Tuesday night, and it went down very well indeed.

Not just because it was a beautifully finished and made goal from Christian Pulisic, but also because of the way he managed to stick Courtois scrambling along on his butt trying in vein to stop the goal.

You see, let’s just say that Courtois is not the most popular former player amongst Chelsea fans, for many reasons. But anyway, I’m not talking about him today.

The confidence Pulisic showed to round the goalkeeper and slot the ball home is the type of Pulisic we have seen on occasions so far during his Chelsea career, but just not often enough yet.

The American international appears to be hitting his best form right when we need him the most at the business end of the season, when we have a good chance of winning two honours and qualifying for next seasons Champions League by getting top four.

His form can literally MAKE our season right now, and he looks like a man on a mission and a man who is capable of destroying any defence and getting a goal from nothing, which is EXACTLY what we need.

With the rest of our attackers not exactly lighting it up right now especially when they reach the final third, we do at the very least have Pulisic who looks like he has the confidence to make things happen and he looks fully hungry for it.

Mason Mount also deserves the praise as being one of those guys who can make something happen from nothing and add to our attacking prowess with goals and assists. But now he has been joined by the top form of Pulisic and gives us even more firepower right when we need it!
