Tadej Pogacar was once again the cyclist to beat on Thursday as he won Stage 18 of the Tour de France, finishing with a two-minute lead over Jonas Vingegaard and Richard Carapaz.
The way that this stage finished – Pogacar in first, with Vingegaard and Carapaz in second and third respectively – is how the current standings look, with the 22-year-old Slovenian currently on course to win the Tour de France for the second straight year.
It was another difficult afternoon for Rigoberto Uran, however, as he has seen himself fall behind in the classification. Now, he is only just in the top 10 after finding himself in fourth spot after Stage 17.
