1 October 2021 – Log leaders and current Women’s League champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies will play catch up in the Hollywoodbets Super League after falling behind due to the CAF Club Championship.
Last month, most of Sundowns matches were postponed as they were taking part in the 2021 Women Club Championship in the COSAFA Region, a tournament they won to qualify for the final tournament in Cairo, Egypt in November.
Meanwhile, all Varsity clubs will not be in action this weekend as they are currently participating in the annual Varsity Cup.
Also not in action will be JVW as their core of their players form part of the Senior National Team (Banyana Banayana), who are currently participating in the 2021 COSAFA Women’s Championships in Gqeberha until 9 October 2021.
Saturday, 2 October 2021 will see Golden Ladies entertain Tsunami Queens at Montshioa Stadium in Mahikeng while Richmond United travel to Giyani to face Ma-indies Ladies. These two matches will be played at 15h00.
Sundowns will host Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies in the live match on Sunday, 3 October 2021, at Lucus Moripe Stadium before heading to Mahikeng to take on Golden Ladies on Wednesday, 6 October 2021.
On the same day, Bloemfontein Celtic Ladies welcome Coal City Wizards at Siwelele Park in a match which is expected to produce fireworks.
