Chelsea will “push” Man City for the Premier League title this year as Romelu Lukaku was the “big one missing” from their team, according to John Terry.
The 28-year-old previously had a spell at Chelsea between 2011 and 2014. He was unable to break through at Stamford Bridge as he failed to score from his 15 outings.
Lukaku went onto have fruitful spells at Everton, Manchester United and Inter Milan.

The Belgian striker netted 64 times from his 95 appearances for the Italian outfit.
Lukaku is now back in the Premier League as Chelsea splashed out around £97m to re-sign him. He scored on his debut as the Blues beat Arsenal 2-0.
Terry has told Sky Sports – as cited by The Metro – that Lukaku has “something to prove” at Stamford Bridge:
“I think they’re looking very good, he’s the one big one missing. I know they won the Champions League last season but probably just missed out [on the Premier League] overall because of that, I think bringing him in the kind of gives that, he’s shown that already.
“He’s got something to prove at Chelsea too, it didn’t work out for him last time, I know Rom and he’s very determined to do well. Chelsea are looking great at the minute and I think they can give Manchester City a push.”
Earlier this week, Kevin Campbell insisted that Arsenal “missed” a trick by not signing Tammy Abraham.
The forward was linked with the Gunners but he eventually opted to join Roma for around £34m.
Campbell said: “Honestly, do not get me started! It looks to me like he has been freed. He has had the restrainers off. Boy is he a handful. He would be in any league.
“I truly believe Arsenal missed a trick because we still do not have anyone up the top end of the pitch who is a physical presence. Abraham causes teams a problem just by being there.
“It is a big trick missed. I cannot believe we didn’t go for it.
“Abraham does not get the credit he deserves. He is a damn good player. I have been watching him since he was in the youth teams. I could tell back then that he was going to be some player.”
