CINCINNATI – The second episode of the University of Cincinnati’s 2021 football miniseries, LET IT FLY, premiered on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2021 on YouTube and GoBEARCATS.com. Fans can watch the episode in the window at the top of the page.

The six-part series, covering the Bearcats preseason training camp, will air on Thursdays at 7 p.m. ET through September 2.

EPISODE 2 • FAMILY
Football is family, and the Cincinnati Bearcats are no different. But within the program exists multiple families: Star QB Desmond Ridder is adjusting to life with a daughter, a tight-knit equipment staff toils away preparing for a trip to training camp at Higher Ground and the football team gives back to the community. Above it all, head coach Luke Fickell serves as a mentor to the Bearcats both on and off the field.

Future episodes of the series will take Bearcats fans behind the scenes of Camp Higher Ground (UC’s venerable, 280-acre, off-campus training camp home for the past two decades), and into game week as Cincinnati prepares to open the schedule against rival Miami (OH) in the 125th Battle for the Victory Bell.

Cincinnati opens the 2021 season on Saturday, Sept. 4, against Miami (OH) at 3:30 p.m. ET inside Nippert Stadium. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and fans are encouraged to sign up for the digital platform online.
