RC Lens have submitted an offer for 22-year-old Austrian central defender Kevin Danso, according to Sky Germany and RMC.
Under contract with Bundesliga club Augsburg until 2024, he is seeking to force a move to the Ligue 1 outfit, having left his current club’s pre-season camp after he formally asked to leave the club.
Augsburg have yet to formally respond to the RCL bid – Lens are seeking to rapidly replace Loïc Badé, who joined Rennes for €20m last week.
