Kieran Tierney is relishing the prospect of playing Rangers at Ibrox and has even cut short his summer holiday to do so.
The Arsenal left-back was due to report for pre-season training next week following his Euro 2020 exploits with Scotland, but a trip back across the border appeared to be too good to turn down.

Tierney, 24, is now training with the Gunners squad at the Oriam Performance Centre in Edinburgh.
Before joining Arsenal for £25million from Celtic in 2019, he had a very good record against his former club’s arch rivals.
In 13 matches, Tierney has beaten Rangers 10 times, drawn twice and suffered just one defeat.
His final appearance came in a 2-1 win over Steven Gerrard’s Rangers in March 2019 as he went on to win a fourth Scottish Premiership title with Celtic.
Now, if deemed fit enough, he will return to Ibrox in front of 2,000 fans on Saturday.

And Tierney is well aware about the less than friendly welcome he will receive from Rangers fans.
He told the Scottish Sun: “I’m sure I’ll get a good reception!
“It will be a great game against Rangers, and hopefully there can be fans inside the ground, too.
“I loved playing at Ibrox with Celtic, and it would be nice to get another win there.
“I’m really excited about playing back up in Scotland again.”

Tierney’s insistence to return to training earlier than expected is another sign of his commitment to Arsenal and why some fans see him as a future captain.
Earlier this year, Gunners legend Ray Parlour tipped him to wear the armband one day.
“I really like his attitude,” he said.
“He turns up every week, you can see the desire when he’s playing; he really wants to win every game.
“He gives 100 per cent and is fantastic down that left hand side. That’s where Arsenal are most dangerous, that’s where the deliveries come from into the box.
“He’s been a brilliant signing, and he’s a really good lad as well; he’s really down to earth.
“He could probably be the Arsenal captain in the future.”
