Chelsea, meanwhile, are pushing to land a big-name striker and are being linked with both Harry Kane and Robert Lewandowski.
Arsenal are also set to splash the cash, having agreed a £50million deal with Brighton for centre-back Ben White, with the Seagulls eyeing Liverpool defender Nat Phillips as his replacement.
