The owner of King Faisal Football Club, Alhaji Karim Grusah has disclosed that God is the reason for his team’s perfect start to the 2021/2022 Ghana Premier League season.
The Kumasi-based club against all odds has been one of the best clubs in the top-flight league since the campaign started late last month.
In the first three matches played, King Faisal have secured wins against WAFA SC, Aduana Stars, as well as Ashanti Gold SC.
Speaking to journalists on what has worked for his club, Alhaji Grusah says it is the power of God.
“The team has changed. God’s power and blessing is on the team,” the vocal football administrator told reporters.
Up next for King Faisal, the team will face Berekum Chelsea on matchday 3 of the Ghana Premier League in the upcoming weekend.
