Arsenal are reportedly set to test Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt’s resolve and bid around £34million for in-form striker Andre Silva.
The 25-year-old Portuguese international is currently with the national team at the Euros on the back of a hugely impressive 34-game campaign, in which he scored 29 and assisted 10.
Alexandre Lacazette, according to the Express, is on the chopping block at the Gunners for the right price, leading the club to look for a long-term alternative and Silva’s impressive run certainly fits the criteria.
Andre Silva has already played for numerous clubs, including Porto and AC Milan and has scored wherever he’s been, including in European competitions, but has seemingly found his groove at Frankfurt and a big summer move looks likely – Arsenal will be hoping they are that ‘next club’.
