Looking ahead to Week 16’s NFL main slate, here’s a lineup to run with on FanDuel.
For Week 16, DFS is likely all a lot of fantasy football players are doing. Navigating COVID-19 outbreaks is a challenge, just as it is in season-long leagues for those who are still alive in those, and if needed there will be pivots to make.
As always, I’ll be using this lineup in a FanDuel Sunday main slate contest myself. The lineup options for Sunday’s main slate are a little lighter again this week, with two Saturday Christmas games in Week 16.
Here is a lineup to deploy on FanDuel in Week 16.
FanDuel NFL 2021: Best lineup for Week 16
Quarterback: Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams at Minnesota Vikings-$7,900
Stafford didn’t light it up against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 15’s postponed game (244 yards), but he did have multiple passing touchdowns in a fourth straight game and he has completed north of 70 percent of his passes in each of the last two.
Stafford should keep it rolling in Week 16, as the Minnesota Vikings are allowing the fourth-most FanDuel points to quarterbacks (19.7 per game). They have allowed the third-most passing yards to the position.
The Rams should have their way against a Minnesota defense that struggles against competent offenses. At less than $8,000 on FanDuel, Stafford is even a pretty nice value this week.
