However the former Test cricket star and TV personality announced their separation in February last year.

Despite being joint owners of the house, Jonathan Chancellor of realestate.com reports Kyly’s name was recently dropped from the title.

“In the days prior to settlement, paperwork from Bell Partners Legal between the divorced duo, saw Kyly’s name drop off the title,” Chancellor reports.

Designed by architect Stephen Gergely, the mansion reportedly sits on some 1236 square metres and has eight garage spaces.

Michael and Kyly Clarke’s amicable divorce

The Clarkes announced their separation last year in a joint statement.

“After living apart for some time, we have made the difficult decision to separate as a couple, amicably,” they said.

They now share joint custody with daughter Kelsey-Lee.

Michael and Kyly have both since moved on to new romances, with Michael dating Sydney fashion designer Pip Edwards, while Kyly was with Supercars driver James Courtney for a brief period.

Both are now believed to be single again.

“I think I’m extremely lucky to have been able to go through a separation with the mother of my child and us still be great friends,” Clarke said last July.

“I actually think Kyly and my friendship now is as strong as it’s ever been.

“We still talk daily and I think you’ve heard Kyly say as well both of us will always prioritise our daughter and a big part of that is a friendship between mum and dad.”

Clarke said he and Kyly came to terms with the split months before the public separation.

“We were lucky in a sense that we went through our separation five or six months before it touched the media so that allowed us the time to deal with (it),” he said.

“Like any break-up it’s always tough, so thankfully we were able to do that before it got out to the media.

“There’s a lot worse things in life. We’ve got a great relationship, a beautiful little girl and we move forward.”

Clarke played 115 Tests and 245 one-day internationals for Australia, scoring over 17,000 runs at international level and captaining his country.

He has since forged a successful career in the media, while Kyly was one of the new judges on Channel 7 renovation show House Rules.

She was also a contestant on the latest season of Dancing with the Stars.
