May 4, 2022 – National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) – Portland Thorns FC News Release
PORTLAND, Ore. – The home of Portland Thorns FC, the club’s primary local broadcast partner, FOX 12 PLUS, will air seven matches, including pre-game and post-game shows, during the 2022 regular season. FOX 12 PLUS will kick off its broadcast slate when Thorns FC play host to expansion side Angel City FC for their first regular season match up on Friday, June 3, at Providence Park.
FOX 12 PLUS will also broadcast San Diego Wave FC’s first ever regular season trip to Providence Park on Saturday, Aug. 27. Other notable matches on FOX 12 PLUS include Portland’s final regular season home match on Sunday, Sept. 25, against the Chicago Red Stars and Thorns FC’s regular season finale against NJ/NY Gotham FC at Red Bull Arena on Saturday, Oct. 1.
