LUBBOCK, Texas – The Texas Tech women’s golf team will host its annual summer camp June 17-20 at The Rawls Course as long as NCAA guidelines are lifted prior to this summer that allow prospective student-athletes to visit campus.
All NCAA schools are currently in a mandatory “dead period” pertaining to recruiting due to the COVID-19 pandemic, meaning Texas Tech is not allowed to welcome recruitable-age players to campus, including in a camp setting.
Texas Tech will begin accepting camp registration and deposits once the NCAA lifts the dead period and allows prospective student-athletes to visit campus again. Additional details will be provided at that time via TexasTech.com as well as the golf program’s official Twitter account.
