Saddleback and Stages Cycling have teamed up to offer customers a factory fit power meter program, as shortages of cycling products and raw materials continues to affect supply chains.
Stages Cycling, which launched its first power meter in 2012, will add a Generation 3 power meter to an existing crank for £299.
Eligible cranks include several from Shimano and one from Cannondale, while Campagnolo and AXS are currently unavailable.
Saddleback says it aims to increase the list of models and include right-hand and right-left power cranks.
The brands say that each power meter will be individually calibrated and tracked to ensure that it will offer consistent, reliable power data for years to come.
All factory installs are assembled at Stages Cycling’s Colorado facility and each power unit comes with a Stages Factory Warranty.
